Hi, Winterrose23. I love your background picture for you Sparkpage--a tandem kayak. Cool. Do you and your spouse kayak a lot? My spouse and I began kayaking last July. We bought 2 kayaks and spent a lot of time on the local lakes. Even took the kayaks to Tybee Island and paddled with the dolphins. Was wonderful.

That scale is just a tool.. I think the way you feel and look are much better ways to measure.. that scale guy just lets me down. Measurements, how your clothes feel, your energy level, are better measures of true success.
