Treat life as an adventure rather than a hardship!
After trying every "fad" diet I could find I finally realized that losing weight wasn't going to happen with a "diet" but a complete and permanent life change. I look forward to doing all the things that I haven't done that I wanted to and to doing the things I haven't thought of yet!

My Goals:

I'm now working with an Acupuncturist who specializes in Chinese Medicine. I've gone to natural foods, cutting out foods that inflame my gut and have cut out all artificial sweeteners & preservatives. Since seeing him I've been losing 2 lbs a week and eating more food then I have in the past. I've got more energy then I know what to do with! Personal Information:
I love to read and work on my crafts. I've found a passion for bike riding and love doing physical outdoor activities. I hope to one day join a bike riding marathon! I have two wonderful kids that put up with me! I enjoy spending time with them and filling the house with laughter.
