This is what I sometimes feel like now. I really can't fit in the back of a 2 door vehicle. This is a funny pic, though, because it is a big metal pig for ornamental use???

I'm creating thoughts that are joyful to me and wonderful to me. I walk my personal spiritual path. For healing I use guided imagery, mindfulness, mediation, shamanic journeys for healing and trying to cut out processed foods - I've had 5 heart attacks, been Heart-attack free for 4 years. Hoping to interact with people, whoever they are, for a positive experience without judgment. I love humor and I love to laugh anytime!

UPDATE: finding spark recipes full of sugars and I'm a type I diabetic so still searching for a place that uses the glycemic LOAD for foods and eliminates MSG (all kinds) I know I will find it or create it :)

I love to write novels and poetry as well as reading it. I love taking pictures and painting and I do crocheting to keep my hands busy but get bored with the same patterns and colors! HUMOR is great!
