14 years, one photo of me- I think this was 2 years ago.
This is what I sometimes feel like now. I really can't fit in the back of a 2 door vehicle. This is a funny pic, though, because it is a big metal pig for ornamental use???
My Aussie Collie who loves me! His name is Drover's Run.
I'm creating thoughts that are joyful to me and wonderful to me. I walk my personal spiritual path. For healing I use guided imagery, mindfulness, mediation, shamanic journeys for healing and trying to cut out processed foods - I've had 5 heart attacks, been Heart-attack free for 4 years. Hoping to interact with people, whoever they are, for a positive experience without judgment. I love humor and I love to laugh anytime!
UPDATE: finding spark recipes full of sugars and I'm a type I diabetic so still searching for a place that uses the glycemic LOAD for foods and eliminates MSG (all kinds) I know I will find it or create it :)
My goals are for a healthy body, mind, spirit and soul.
And that is why I set my goals.
I am practicing several ways, including Louise Hay, Emmet Fox and others
In the mountains in the Colorado/ Wyoming area at 8500 feet,
this is where I live and eat.
I love music set with poetry
but novels are still a favorite to me.
I love to write novels and poetry as well as reading it. I love taking pictures and painting and I do crocheting to keep my hands busy but get bored with the same patterns and colors! HUMOR is great!

I'm originally from the East coast and am now officially a "damn yankee" but I use to say "you guys" all the time. Now since my boys have grown up and moved to different states I don't have anyone to say it to. hehe! Enjoy the lilacs. Mine have been gone for almost 2 months now and I sure miss them. Take care, hugs, Linda

It was good to hear from you, hon. I wish we were closer so I could take care of your horses until you guys get back on your feet. I still have barn space now that I only have the donkeys. Hang in there, 10 minutes at a time.

DH was fitted from job (freed from oppression- worked a gov job) Jan 2- we had to move (temps down to -50, 5-7 ft of snow) lost insurance had to move horses but couldn't get through with trailer so had to drive 5 hrs everyday to feed often with chains on. Denied unemployment still fighting but its government! LOL. Here it is 5 months later just got horses out but at a stable 55 minutes away. No jobs. I am looking for someone who wants my horses - for free, to love them. We are living in a 5th wheel, no jobs, but checked on SPARK anyway today and there are people who are survival weary and still going forward. So can I. So can each of us. Sharing the pain, getting past " just surviving" and living every moment by being present in it, is my goal for the next 10 minutes. I am successful. Someone told me "Life just is... Period" and that's way more awesome than "life isn't" so I am, well, awesome... at least for the next 10 minutes.
