I love this site!!! I have learned so much here and chatted with so many great people! It's very inspiring.

I joined the BLC challenge in July of 2008 and it's the best thing I ever did for myself. What a wonderful group of people, so inspirational and supportive! I've been a captain for several, 12 week, rounds. Every round I think this is my last, I need to get away from my computer. But when it comes right down to it, I would miss the challenges and the people too much!

Every day I am so thankful that I was watching a show about weight loss while eating breakfast that January morning, or I would not have known about Sparkpeople. Thank you Spark for helping so many people!

Update: 5/2013~ I decided to sit this next round of BLC out. Little nervous about that. I've been in the challenge for over 4 years. I've already been going thru withdrawal. NO other sparkteams chat like BLCers! :) I can do this tho. My Fitbit and I are challenging each other.

to limit artificial sweeteners in my diet.

record my food at the beginning of the day and stick to it.

move at least 20 min. each day.

lose at least 12 pounds during the challenge!

My Program:
I have a new mindset this time! I'm eating the right nutrients and getting exercise and hopefully the pounds will find somewhere else to live!

emoticon I have no idea why you haven't gotten the NRG boost, my only thought is that you ate pretty healthy to begin with.

Maybe we need to do the 30day juice fast to lose the weight. emoticon emoticon
