My goal is to lose this weight and keep it off. I seem to yo yo on weight loss and now I am bigger than I have ever been. Very unhappy with myself and disappointed.

I just saw where you asked me...at least I think it was me...what my secret to weight loss was. I know this may sound like a cliche around here, but SparkPeople is what has kept me on the right track, literally!! I track my food every day! This is the single most important thing I can do for myself. Even if you eat out, most items are on the tracker. I use the recipe calculator for homemade items. I have physical limitations that keep me from exercising the way I would like, but I try walk my dog for a decent distance a couple of times a day!! I need to lose another 14 pounds by vacation in June, so wish me luck!! You can do it! Use the resources offered here on SP and you'll be good!!!
