They say if you do something for 7 days it becomes a habit. Lets see if it works again....

I'm a 28 year old who is trying to live a healthier lifestyle. I have had my ups and downs in the process but overall I have done well these past few years. I started this journey with a New Years Resolution in 2007 to lose some weight. I didn't get really serious until Sept of 2007. At that time of the resolution, I was at my highest weight of 214. Sept 2007 was when my sister introduced me to this site.

Since I got serious about losing weight I lost a total of 60 lbs. I have had a few setbacks the past few years and have gained some weight. I don't want to get back to where I started so I am using a old picture at my highest weight as motivation. I have a total of 42 pounds I want to lose this time so that I'm out of the overwieght range. Once I get there I'll decide if I'm happy with that weight or if I want to try for more.

UPDATED MINI GOALS 7/23/2012

1st Mini Goal: Weigh 180lbs by 8/13/12. - Done 8/1/2012.

2nd Mini Goal: Weigh 174lbs by 9/3/2012. - Done 8/20/2012.

3rd Mini Goal: Weigh 170lbs by 9/17/2012.

4th Mini Goal: Weigh 164lbs by 10/8/2012.

5th Mini Goal: Weigh 160lbs by 10/22/2012.

6th Mini Goal: Weigh 154lbs by 11/122012.

8th Mini Goal: Weigh 150lbs by 11/26/2012.

9th Mini Goal: Reach my Final Goal Weight and get to a BMI of less then 25 so I'm out of the Overweight BMI range (144 lbs) by 12/17/2012.
