I have been physically active on and off for years. I've always been involved in some kind of diet or exercise regimen. As I get older I've acquired some bodily injuries and aches that have slowed down my exercise regimen considerably. After years of being in unhappy relationships I am now one that makes me very happy. As a result I have gained a ton of weight. I want to lose 50 lbs by my 50th birthday which is next January. I started a 50x50 challenge on my facebook page. I love to walk ...

I started a 50x50 challenge on my facebook page. I love to walk marathons. I've done one full marathon and four half marathons. I've done numerous 5ks, 10ks, etc. Due to a nagging hip and leg injury I haven't been able to really walk since last spring. I want to get walking again!!!
