Hi. I have been doing crossfit fundamentals for just over a month now. I haven't lost any weight but have gained a pound or two. My goal is to get healthier and to look fitter and hopefully loose a pound or two.

My Goals:
I want to be able to feel good in my clothes...Feel healthier and live longer

I am doing crossfit fundamentals three days a week. My significant other and I have also changed our eating habits.

Personal Information:
I am a Jersey girl! But now I live in Hood River, Oregon and I love it here. There is sooo much to do.

Other Information:
I love to read and I love water sports! Can't wait for the nice weather when I standup paddle.
