How are you doing?

I am the new leader of the "Losing Pounds 2 at a Time" team. It would be good if you could come and see what changes I've made ~ and give me ideas as to how I can improve things.

I'm putting the glasses out emoticon and putting the kettle on emoticon and waiting for you to come by and visit.

Hi All. My Mini Goals for the month are

Lose 10 lbs. by May 31st

Drink 8 glasses of water every day.

Morning glucose reading of below 120.

Hi, I was just writing to say have a good weekend and may your day be blessed. I hope that we can reach our mini goals this month. What are your Mini goals for this month?

My mini goals:
1) to eat 1,000 calories a day
2) to lose 10 pounds by May 31st
3) Potty train Bear (my corgi puppy)
