My Goals:
My current goals are: 1) Start small, lose the first 20%. 2) Focus on doing this for me. 3) Remember to stay happy. 4) If I fall off the wagon get right back on.
My Program:
My current plan is to start slow. Make sure I drink enough water and eat enough fruits and veggies. I will begin to incorporate exercise of any sort into my day.
