I recently turned 31 and decided that this year will be all about ME! I am going to work on making myself happy and healthy on the inside and outside! This past summer I made a big decision to leave my job, friends, students, coworkers, and city of 7 years to move back to my hometown and teach at my old high school. It was a very rough transition but now that I am settled I am ready to work on ME! I have a new 5 year plan that includes a lot of changes professionally, emotionally, financially, and physically. Here’s to making my year of 31 a Flirty One!

Jamie, I didn't know if you heard about the head-on collision accident that I was in. I posted an updated blog about my current injuries. I'm so proud of you for making daily healthy choices and permanent lifestyle changes, resulting in fulfilling positive results!
