No one can do this for me.
I have been working out and committing to healthy eating since I was in junior high school. However, I have not been consistent during all those years. My goal now is to re-adopt the habits I know and make them a part of my lifestyle.

Have more energy. Lose 5 pounds. Drink more water. Eat more fruits and vegetables.
My Program:
I am trying to incorporate at least one new healthy recipe every week. I keep water with me at all times. I eat breakfast every morning. I pack a healthy lunch every night before the morning rush.
