Hi, my name is Tonya. I'm a reasonably fit mom of 2 and I joined the Spark to try to lose 12-15 pounds of baby weight. Although I did lose 10, I've recently gained it back. I have hypothyroidism that I finally have under control so the plan is to drop these pesky 10 and get back to where I was 18 months ago!

My Goals:
Burn off 10 pounds with exercise 5-6 days a week, eat as many whole foods as possible. Learn to dice a tomato.
My Program:
No set program but I aim for at lest 3 days of lifting and 5 or 6 days of some type of cardio / plyometrics. Mix it up!
