My Continuing Process

Welcome to my page! Here's a little background about me...I've been overweight since I was a small child. Over the years I've lost weight but gained it back repeatedly. My all time heaviest weight was 250 lbs. Before hearing about SparkPeople and joining, I had lost some of my weight, this time starting at 220 lbs. I'm hoping to maintain my 95 lb. weight loss with the help of SP. This is something I've never been able to achieve.

* To drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.

* To exercise as much as I'm able.

Personal Information:
My name is Pat and I live in northeast TN. I have two grown sons and four grandchildren. I also have two cats...Charlie and Snickers. Lucy is my rescue dog.

30 years ago I was diagnosed with severe osteoporosis. This limits the type of exercise I'm allowed to do.

Happy Sunday. Hope you're summer is going great. Are you still on track to do all you can today to reach your goals tomorrow? If so, great! If not, what can you change today that will help you feel accomplished? One little thing. Drink more water? Cut out soda? Go for a walk? Small changes add up.
