C.J's time to lose

Update on me:
Oct. 2013
Over the last 10 months I have worked really hard. I have been eating right and exercising. I have lost 65 lbs. I have discovered there is no "magic bullet" It takes hard work and dedication.
Now, I am happy where I am. I will never be skinny but I am healthier and more comfortable in my skin. Now for another challenge... to stay this way :)
I am starting again with the running. I have started the Couch to 5 K program. The off running days ...
