My Goals:
Exercise 6 days per week.
Track calories daily.
Take supplements daily.
Drink water, water, water!
Limited use of alcohol - which leads to uncontrollable mindless snacking.
Keeping friends motivated - which will keep me on track too.
Positive self-talk.

My Program:
Cardio - 4x's per week
Strength - 2x's per week
Find healthy cold weather hobbies: hiking, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, etc... which will get me outdoors not cooped up & eating junk.

Personal Information:
Married with 4 children. Employed part-time as an office manager. 2 yr old Sunday school teacher this year - which is an absolute blast!


Other Information:
Started running in April 2008. Since then have done three 1/2 marathons. Looking forward to training for the Warrior Challenge in September 2011.

yes! I finished school in December and SO happy about it!!
I sent you spark mail inviting you to a new team. Let's do it!! excited!
18 pounds is so much! congrats! Can't wait to get tips from you emoticon . I'm hoping to lose the 10 pounds I gained in grad school. It was an all eat all the time no workout slide. ugh!

Hey there! I didn't know you were still active on spark!! I'm glad to see it. I was thinking of a new team/challenge for Feb, but obviously didn't make it in time. I'd love to start a group again so we could all check in there and motivate each other like before. I feel kind of lost as to how to start again/where to go for a community, you know? Let me know if you have any ideas!
How are you? How's te weight loss/eating/exercise going?
