Hello all! At the beginning of 2012 my family and I decided to change our lives. We have since changed our eating habits and started working out 3-5 times a week. My husband and I are training to run a Marathon in May. I love that I have more energy, my clothes are starting to get baggy and I feel so much better about myself. It's been tough to go from couch to athlete, but we are getting there! I get such a high from completing a workout... knowing I gave it my all and didn't quit.
