Enjoying life

Hey there! I am super active, but I also have a weak spot for food that ended up in a 15lb wight gain over the last 6 months. I also have high cholesterol, so I am trying to get back in control of my eating to stay healthy and fit (and hopefully look fabulous when I graduate this spring!).

I run, rockclimb and weight train regularly. I also surf and sail when I get a chance. I am currently training for my first marathon!

My Goals:
I care less about weight than how I feel. I want to keep my cholesterol down so that I don't need medication, be happy with how I look in the mirror, and feel healthy and full of energy!

My Program:
I run at least 3 days a week for my marathon training, and try to hit up the gym at least 3 days a week for weight training and some elliptical action.

I want to eat as close to vegitarian as possible and keep my saturated fat way down.

I am still having trouble figuring out my correct daily calories when I factor in my long runs.
