My Goals:
I am setting small goals for myself so I don't get discouraged. So far it's working great!

My Program:
I follow a diabetic and cardiac diet; I also eat low potassium. My food choices are very limited. I try to eat as much variety as I can.

I had unsuccessful knee surgery in 2000, have limited mobility. Chair exercises have become my best friend!

Other Information:
I love cats!

I'm a papercrafter. I've made handmade greeting cards and other paper crafts for 10+ years.
