Mandy's battle with food

Today like every day is the first day of my life. Today I am strong. Tomorrow if I get weak, I will be strong the next day. I try to do good everyday, but when I don't I don't let that get me down. I start over. When I fall I get back up. I do not give up.

My Program:
I finally had to seek the advice of a nutritionist. He said I was not eating enough calories. I am now consuming 1800 calories a day. I was only eating 1200 when I was on my own. I work out 5-6 days a week.
Abs 3x
Cardio 3x
Strength 3X
I eat 6 meals a day.
7am - oatmeal, protein drink, strawberries
10am - chicken, sweet potato, broccoli
1pm - beef, potato, asparagus
4pm - oatmeal, protein drink
7pm - chicken, salad, nuts

My name is Mandy. I live in Las Vegas. I have a beautiful 1 year old daughter and a wonderful supportive husband who does not think I am fat. Ain't he the best?
