Thanks for stopping by and sharing on my blog: July 29ths ride. Love your quote: "A bad day of biking is better than any good day." In fact, I used it in my THINGS I HAVE LEARNING WHILE BIKING blog. I gave you credit for the quote.

Congrats on meeting your goals! The best rides for you always! emoticon

Hi Kris,
Thanks for stopping by my blog, "Fathers Day Ride".

That tandem ride you and yours had in Kansas sounds super! As you say it was really special out there Sunday Morning. It was one of those rides I wanted to go much farther, but had to cut it short for a Father's Day trip to meet with my girls and their families. My wife and I go to church on its Saturday Evening worship instead of its Sunday morning worship times.

I find folks who are either running, walking or riding will sometimes acknowledge a "Hi" here in Wichita. I was so impressed with this young man who passed me. A lot of racing riders like that will just zip by. He said a super GOOD MORNING!

The best to you and yours on your continuing Spark Journey and riding adventures in Kansas!
