My Goals:
--Leave work sooner to stick to an exercise program.





My Program:
1. Exercise daily on elliptical and do yard work on weekends.

2. Eat healthy foods, not processed. NO SUGAR.

3. Control portions.

4. Sleep 8 hrs.

5. No soda. Just ice water or Propel.

6. Avoid late night snacking--just popcorn, baby carrots, peanut butter.


Personal Information:
I grew up in Ohio and have lived in Florida (Miami, Lakeland, Daytona areas).
I love to remodel the house, add trees & landscaping, and expand the koi pond. I relax in front of HGTV.

I love HGTV! I also like the "Love It or List It", and House Hunters (not international) and Flea Market Flip. I watch a lot of DIY too! How was your workout yesterday? My plan today is Zumba and one of my kickbox or bootcamp DVD's.
