I Will Be Skinny 2 !!

Long hours at work leave no time to exercise. Need a plan. Have held my wgt. loss even through holidays.

End of 2013-- I'm slowly losing 1-2 lbs. per wk. Have not had time to exercise. Found a supplement that works for me with no side effects.

Summer goals 2013-- exercise, reduce calories, lose 10 pounds. I started the ticker over from zero for this next leg of the race.
I did lose 12 lbs.

1. Exercise
2. Eat healthy foods
3. Control portions
4. Sleep 8 hrs.
5. No soda. Just ice water
6. Avoid late night snacking

I grew up in Ohio and have lived in Florida (Miami, Lakeland, Daytona areas).
I love to remodel the house, add trees & landscaping, and expand the koi pond. I relax in front of HGTV.

I love HGTV! I also like the "Love It or List It", and House Hunters (not international) and Flea Market Flip. I watch a lot of DIY too! How was your workout yesterday? My plan today is Zumba and one of my kickbox or bootcamp DVD's.
