Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 50 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Keep toning up and staying in shape.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them. This one gives me the greatest levels of joy!

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

You know you are wrong for talking about my team.
But remember it is not how you start the race, but how you finish and those Skins are not the best at finishing races!!!
