Goal 1: Maintain the progress I have achieved: I've lost about 50 pounds in all. Woo hoo!

Goal 2: Keep toning up and staying in shape.

Goal 3: Get a flatter tummy.

Goal 4: Feel great

Goal 5: Help others achieve their goals by sharing information and encouraging them. This one gives me the greatest levels of joy!

My Program:
Eating a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, beans, nuts, and seeds.

I do cardio and weight training at least 3 days per week.

yes that sounds great, now here is your challenge to get on board even more sp friends, either jumping jacks, hula hooping, or hula dancing, lets get everyone all parts of the world joining together for 10 mins of fitness a day, are you on?
