Quit making excuses, putting it off, complaining about it, dreaming about it, whinning about it, crying about it, believing you cant, worrying if you can, waiting until you're older, skinnier, richer, braver, or all around better. Suck it up, hold on tight, say a prayer, make a plan & JUST DO IT!

I love the pictures of the beaches on your spark page....that's where I want to be too! Will have to wait another 20 years though, when hubby & I retire to the sailboat, but I can dream in the meantime! LOL

Thanks so much for the boost of confidence!!!! It is nice to have someone who understands. My sister is a tiny little thing & gained 15 pounds when she quit smoking & thought it was the end of the world. Her boobs got bigger. My double chin has come back!!! The one thing I did not want. Yes I lost 10 pounds since I started here, which was 3 weeks before I quit smoking & in 1 week gained it back! I thought about smoking again, but I have been doing good so far! You are the buddy I need!!! Thanks so much for writing to my post! My husband gave up years ago trying to get me to quit & now that I have he thinks I will go back. He is having a hard time realizing I plan to do this forever. But I am motivated & he is going to be proven wrong.
