My Goals:
I want to be fit and finally feel good about myself ., I want the self confidence and self esteem that goes with being fit and healty. I want to lose 30 pounds but mostly be healthy and fit

My Program:
I am going to make small changes at time so that I don't get overwhelmed as I have done in the past.
I am going to start by ADDING to my food and exercise plan-add fruits and veggies to start and add 20 min/4x week for exercise.

Jen, normally our team is fairly busy, but you joined us on a "quiet" day. Please stick around a little. I think all of the spark teams are going through the summer doldrums... not just mine.

Yes, it is all about being healthy, and living a healthy lifestyle. Plus, making small changes that you can live with forever. One day at a time.

This is an excited group of folks and really active team so you should be able to find all sorts of inspiration and motivation. Just jump right in. If you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask. There's always someone willing to help in any way possible. Don't forget to use the food/water tracker that spark people provides as well as the fitness tracker.
