Keeping my eye on the prize!

Sure...I have worn smaller sizes than that but, a 10 would be reasonable to MAINTAIN. At a size 10 I would have a healthy weight and BMI. And I could definitely rock a size 10. It will be a huge accomplishment for me to reach that goal! Willbea10 also means a "10", as in looking awesome. Who knows, with healthy eating and exercise, I may get to be smaller than a size 10!

My Goals:
1) Run 5K

2) Be a size 10 again! Which means a 29" waist and 39" hips.

3) Burn black, size 14, skirt!

4) Have healthy labs at my next physical.

5) Wear blue swimsuit, or something similar.

When I reach my goals I will post them to the right, under my introduction text.




My Program:
EXERCISE:

Cardio 4 days a week for 30+minutes. Plus 10,000 steps+ on work days which are 2 days a week and then rest and light walking on Sundays.

Strength training 2x a week with personal trainer. And strength training 2x a week on my own.

Weigh in:
Once a week.

Watch less TV.
Relax, and Pray.




Personal Information:
I am 5'8".

Married to a great guy, and I have 6 kids. I am also a nurse.

I am originally from Wisconsin, but have been in Arizona for 20+ years now. I consider both places home!



Other Information:
I love hanging out with my family and friends, and getting out on the road to see new places. Perfection is a nice cool breezy day with good food, and good company.

I am also a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. It has been a wonderful blessing in my life! A lot of people are confused about our beliefs. You can see what we believe at www.mormon.org

That's one of my FAVORITE sayings ("Great minds think alike"). Hang in there...it might be difficult running 3 days straight, but not impossible. Let me know how the plan works out.
