My Goals:
I want to look cute in a swimsuit during the summer.
I want to have more confidence.
I want to have my nieces and nephews be proud of the way I look. I want to be able to run around and play with them without feeling too tired.
My Program:
I'm working out at least 3 times a week, but I'm aiming for more.
I'm cutting my calories down
I'm writing a journal of the things I'm eating
When I go shopping, I look at calories and consciously try to eat more healthy

I graduated with a communications degree last May
I'm a people person, through and through.
