Slow but Sure

I've been around SparkPeople for a long time. I'm refocusing after gaining back the weight I lost 8 years ago and have slowly but surely put back on. My goal is .75 pounds per week and I plan to lose 45 pounds by next March 2015.

The picture posted is in thinner times. Wish I'd appreciated it more then!

Four pounds in four weeks is fantastic! Congratulations! It looks like you had to press the restart button (I certainly know how that feels) and are on track to meet your goals. This is hard. Pat yourself on the back for your achievements. I had a big loss when first started back in January, but am now struggling to see any movement on the scare. I just have to trust that if I keep doing the right things it will happen. Staying focused and motivated is tough at times. emoticon

Welcome back to Spark! My advice is take it nice and slow and not be too hard on yourself! Enjoy the journey.
