HI I AM TRYING LOSE AT LEAST 25 TO 40POUNDS .I KNOW IT'S GOING TO BE TOUGH BUT I GOT TO TRY MY HARDEST . I AM MARRIED TO WONDERFUL MAN FOR THE PAST FIVE YEARS , HE'S VERY SUPPORTIVE , HIM & I ARE BOTH TRYING TO LOSE WEIGHT TOGETHER . WE ALSO JOIN A GYM TWO WEEKS AGO SO FAR WE ARE DOING GOOD . I WANT TO BE HAPPIER WITH MYSELF . EVERYTIME I GO TO THE DR'S FOR A CHECKUP OR SOMETHING THEY KEEP TELLING ME TO LOSE WEIGHT SO I FINALLY ,I AM GOING TO SHOW THEM WHAT I CAN ACCOMPLISH . GO FOR YOUR DREAMS ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE IN LIFE .

I like your positive attitude and drive. There's too much negativity all around us pulling us down. Being positive is the key. Recently I joined the Y. I can walk there. It's right beside where I live. I can swim, workout, take aerobics, dance classes, spinning classes, etc. It's all up to me. I have to go over and get involved.

Thanks for your inspiration! I'm putting my tennis shoes on now and walking over to the Y!

Thanks for the encouragement. I appreciate it. I know you can do this too. I joined SP 10/03/08 and have since lost 20 pounds and plenty of inches. I have yet to join a gym but plan to. Hope you see the results you want soon. Best wishes in your journey.
