My name is Kelly and I am 26. I have two children; my daughter is 7 and my son is 3. I've been overweight since my first pregnancy in 2000.

REASONS I WANT TO LOSE WEIGHT(for better or for worse):
~ look better naked
~ be comfortable in a swimsuit in public
~ for my husband to be proud of me
~ make my unbearably shallow and snooty ex-best-friend green with envy when I am, for once, thinner than she is!!
~ make heads turn!
~ feel comfortable ...

My Goals:
My ultimate goal is to lose 20 pounds, and look good in a bikini again.

My small goals:
~ stop drinking alcohol on weekdays
~ stay on track on the weekends
~ SOME cardio at least three times a week

My Program:
I can't afford the gym and rarely have time to work out. I have 2 kids and a full time job, which causes me to commute 100 miles per day. I try to jog before dinner...

I plan ahead for meals, bringing healthy snacks to work so I don't go out.

I bring two 32oz bottles of water or Crystal Light to work every day.
