I'm Back....

I have been away for awhile, since then I have tried eating vegetarian, then moved over to paleo (I have issues with wheat and grains). I'm actually eating more vegetables now!

Another thing that I am doing is muscle-testing all the foods I buy at the grocery store (behavioral kinesiology). This way I can avoid anything that will cause me issues later on.

My Goals:
Eat only when I am truly hungry (no more stress-eating), eat exactly what I want, and stop when I am truly full.

To be slim, strong, and healthy for 2013!


My Program:
Follow Paul McKenna's plan; stick to his Golden Rules.

Also, stay away from grains (they don't like me).

...and be active every day.

Personal Information:
I live in upstate NY, Binghamton area. Weather optional... :)

Other Information:
I have a Border Collie and a Whippet, they are my motivation to get out first thing in the morning for a 2 mile walk. I do this every morning... rain, snow or shine, and they love it!!
