My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE


My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

My husband and I are child free.

Thanks for the blog comment. Just about everything is better than a gain! Unfortunately I've had my fair share of gains in the last year and I wish the losses I've had would start being bigger.
