My Goals:
I just want to be comfortable in my own skin. To be able to walk around in the stores. To be able to take care of myself without help. I want to LIVE


My Program:
I am eating low carb. I know this is sometimes a controversial meal plan, but I am a diabetic and carbs make my blood sugar go extremely high, so I must limit my carbs to under 50 per day. I do this with my doctors approval and help. If you are thinking about following my food plan - please talk with your doctor first.

Thanks for the blog comment. It's a bit weird seeing them since they're my former in laws. But they're good people and were against their daughter ending our marriage. And my son is their first born grand child so they have every right to see him when work brings them to our area.
