I want to get down to a healthy weight. I know that takes a lot of hard work and I am ready to do it!
My family and I joined a local gym. This has given me the motivation I need. Cardio, strength training are what I'm doing there, though I want to do a variety of different exercises so I have been looking up different things that I will start doing right away.
I am married and have two children.

Thanks for the Spark goodie. Just remember to keep at it. Small steps always. Give yourself a pat for the small things you accomplish. It's very important. Consistency is the key. And being human is, too.
