Back on Track
Hi All, I started Spark about a year ago and then abandoned it for about a year when I lost my job & I thought my world was falling apart...which it really wasn't.... Just a door closing so another one could open. :-) I have a new job that I like MUCH better now and I've decided to embarq on the weightloss/ health journey again. I'm trying to follow the calorie counting on the nutrition tracker & I'm trying to workout 5 days a week (3 cardio & 2 strength training from the spark ...
Hi All, I started Spark about a year ago and then abandoned it for about a year when I lost my job & I thought my world was falling apart...which it really wasn't.... Just a door closing so another one could open. :-) I have a new job that I like MUCH better now and I've decided to embarq on the weightloss/ health journey again. I'm trying to follow the calorie counting on the nutrition tracker & I'm trying to workout 5 days a week (3 cardio & 2 strength training from the spark workout builder). I'm also mixing in a little yoga here and there too. So far so good. I've been back in spark for about a month now and lost 5 lbs. What started me back on my fitness/ health crusade again was a visit to the doctor where I discovered to my horror that I had not maintained my weight but in fact gained 8 lbs since my last visit a few months ago! Eeek! I'm feeling better now though that I've shed a few lbs and its my gaol to shed a few more until I get back to 125 or less on my scale. Now I've just got 3 more to go! :-D

My Goals:
My goals were to get back down to 125 lbs but since I'm 124 now I may change that to be 120! :-)
