I am a stay at home mom of 3. I also homeschool our oldest.
I am in the process of learning self control and keeping motivated (which sometimes does not always stay on track).

I am a work in progress. But I am glad SparkPeople found me because it truly does make a difference!

Fitness Minutes: 7,559

My Goals:
I have about 30 to 40 pounds to lose to get to a healthy weight.

I would love to be able to play with my kids and run around without losing my breath. I would love to get back my zest for life. I live for my kids and husband and I wouldn't have it any other way but I need to be able to learn to live for me as well and get healthy so that I can make sure that we are all living our lives the best we can.


My Program:
Fall 5% Weight Loss Challenge: Shooting Stars

*always get in my 10 glasses of water.
*workout dvd's
*sparkpeople videos
*youtube videos
*30 minutes of exercise a day not matter what.

I'm really working on eating healthier foods and less processed stuff. I'm a really bad snacker, so I'm trying to work on that.



Personal Information:
Reside somewhere in the sunshine state proudly in the boondocks.

Never forget that there is always a silver lining for every situation, even if it does not seem to be showing itself at the moment, it will pop up when least expected.


Other Information:
I fish as much as possible and going to try to go hunting with DH more this year. I grew up in the saddle and would love to spend more time riding.

I enjoy reading Nora Roberts, Linda Lael Miller, Diana Palmer and many many others. If you cannot find me, I'm probably huddled up reading a book somewhere.
