I have a goal and I'm going to reach it this time

Ok, I feel like I need to change this introduction a little so, here goes:
My husband and I would like to get pregnant this year. Some time after May 1st, so, that's my deadline. :) I gained 40 pounds last time and I'm determined to be healthy this time around. I want to see 130 pounds on that scale before we get pregnant so I've got about a month and a half to make it count. The month of May also signifies warmer weather and Summer for me so it's all the more reason to hit my goal by ...

I have the time to do this it's just a matter of making myself do it!

My Goals:
The ultimate goal is to be healthier.

My ideal weight is 130-135. I haven't seen that number in a while so I'm mostly focusing on being healthier and I hope that I naturally lose weight in the process. Seeing weight loss will motivate me to continue to eat better and exercise.

My Program:
I am tracking my nutrition and trying to meet the guidelines there. I would also like to be able to do at least 30 min. of cardio every day.

Personal Information:
I am 27, married, a stay at home mom to a toddler and I live in a small town. My husband and I have a very active social life that includes alcohol and eating out. My husband is doing his own thing to lose weight so I'm working out on my own for now.

Other Information:

Sorry I just saw your comment- I guess I don't visit my sparkpage very often. It looks like your making better progress than I am, but I'm still working at it. Scott and I were at Riveria Maya last Oct (2007)- about 5 mos after you were. We just got back the 2nd ov nov from Dominican Republic. Nice to meet you!! emoticon
