Wild Again?? Well not entirely but I have always loved to have fun and lately I have been much too serious. I want to leave this extra weight behind once and for all and reclaim my long summer bike rides and long sunny days in my favorite summer clothes. I look forward to learning and sharing with all of you here on the Spark network.

Set new cardio calorie goal for May _______

May rides should be mostly the 8 miles each 2-3 per week, in addition to walks.

My Program:
Focus on meal planning, eating small balanced meals throughout the day to avoid binging. This strategy keeps me from getting tired and giving up on the rest of my plans and accomplishments for the day. Exercise is key. Then I need not focus quite so much on the eating, but still need to be sure and get in the small meals to avoid getting too hungry and making bad choices.

Thanks for your kind words of support and stopping by my page. I'm just trying to reach my goals one lb at a time. My blog today was about teaching Christopher to be better than I was and to break the chain of obesity. My mom has had 2 weight loss surgery's-stomach stapling and bypass and still weights over 200 because she never changed her mindset. When I realized the surgery would not "cut" out my desire for the Chinese buffet I figured I would just have to do the old fashion way with diet and exercise and I'm thankful everyday

Thank you SO much for your kind words on my page. It is the wonderful people here at SP that keep me motivated and inspired. They always catch us when we slip.....and that we do on occasion. I am so happy that you like it here and that things are working out for you. It is a wonderful thing, Spark People....I am so, so happy that I have found it.....the benefits and friendships are the "icing on the cake"!

Thank you also for your prayers. I'll be posting what happens, for sure. Take care and God bless you, my friend.
