Wild Again?? Well not entirely but I have always loved to have fun and lately I have been much too serious. I want to leave this extra weight behind once and for all and reclaim my long summer bike rides and long sunny days in my favorite summer clothes. I look forward to learning and sharing with all of you here on the Spark network.

My Program:
Focus on meal planning, eating small balanced meals throughout the day to avoid binging. This strategy keeps me from getting tired and giving up on the rest of my plans and accomplishments for the day. Exercise is key. Then I need not focus quite so much on the eating, but still need to be sure and get in the small meals to avoid getting too hungry and making bad choices.
