4.no mindless eating after 9pm( I am really bad with this one)

How awesome to hear back from you! Oh I know you you'll drop those in no time now that the weather is warm! I feel so different than I did the last time we talked! I understand so much more about how everything works. OH YEAH!!! The sugar thing. But, I have learned it not what keeping me from my goal entirely. I have to choose between it and starch or complex carbs. if it has sugar in it it can't have flour & fat. Flour, rice and pasta are still much worse. I tried the Michael Thurman thing OMG! I gained 5 pounds in 2 days!!!! Too much rice! Anyway I'm going to take a small "break" from the exercise rat race. Whatever gets done gets done and what doesn't doesn't. I've been at this a long time and need some down time. I'll still be here everyday tracking but not watching numbers so intently! I SOOO tired with all that. I got down to 125.2. I actually was 125. something for about a week! LOVED IT! I will get there again but not just now! I look much better than I did in the mid section. I still have a long way to go to make me happy but I'm in a good place and accept what is going on right now. I think my body needs a break too. Stop by every now & then and tell me how your doing!
