Thanks for poppin' by my feed! I am starting slowly this time. I have to go back & erase stuff from my fitness tracker today cuz I didn't FEEL like doing it!:(( I know that's horrible but, I haven't exercised in quite some time so, anything is better than what I did last week, right?:))

How is everything with you? Glad to see you haven't turned into a popsicle this winter! LOL!;)) It's been REALLY COLD here too. Just miserable. Lots of rain too.

I finally figured something out this go around! I decided to look at what my BMR is w/o taking ANYTHING into consideration. It is 1263 opposed to 1600+ that SP gives me. I have started moving the scale doing this. Why is it so much harder this time? I still have to burn 700 cals./day and stay around 1400 cals. in/day to move the stupid scale!!! OMG! REALLY?!!! LOL;)) I am nothing if not determined. I hate the extra weight. I am being good about tracking honestly too. I am learning to control my impulses to eat when I feel like it cuz I have nothing else to do. I FIND SOMETHING other than food. I hate it but maybe it'll get easier.

Thanks!:)) DEFINITELY!!! My intake has been just obnoxious since February! This week I am trying to keep it under 1400/day! WE'LL SEE! So far so good. I always start in the right direction with my food at the beginning of the week and progressively get worse. Today I had my cake on my tracker but have since removed it to make room for more protein rich foods. Usually it's the other way around. But again, we'll see. The night isn't nearly over for me yet. Thank goodness I still have some goodies and my dinner to eat. I still have 40 min. of cardio to do. I WILL DO IT right now. I have gotten better about not playing catch up. That gets tough after a while. When you say you've done 200-300 more cals. than you really did and then have to make it up B4 the end of the week. It doesn't give you a good read on actual weight either.

He's adorable! I like the one of you on the tilt-a-whirl!!! I LOVE those! DH and I ALWAYS ride that and the farriswheel at festivals!

I stopped watching what I was eating and stopped exercising at the same time. Back at the beginning of Feb. I am back to 140 most days some a little more some a little less. I'm taking it stride though because NOW I SEE & FEEL THE DIFFERENCE! It's kind of a learning experience in more than one way! LOL;)) I see your doing very well! I'm so happy for you! WOOHOO! You look great in the tilt-a-whirl!
