Losing It

I've conquered a lot of challenges in my life - some wonderful, like grad school and some not so wonderful, like surviving difficult relationships/family situations. The one thing I haven't conquered is my weight. It is also one of the most frustrating as it is entirely within my own power to conquer it. I definitely need help on this journey. I hope to find encouragement and motivation, and provide the same, here on SparkPeople.

My Goals:
Goal 1: Like what I see in the mirror.

Goal 2: Reach a healthy weight.

Goal 4: Feel confident in a bikini at my 1 year anniversary - 8/15/11

My Program:
I am working to make healthy food choices and watch portion sizes. I am also working to make exercise a daily part of life (this is the most challenging for me!)
