GOAL: May 2013
Went back to Weight Watchers (I am a Lifetime member) and attended meetings from August '12 to the end of October. Lost 30 pounds. The Holidays have done some damage, but I mean to get back on the wagon and lose the other 30 pounds before the Kiddo's Summer vacation begins. I will begin tracking, exercise and counting WW points in earnest again. I hope to be at goal weight by May 2013.

My Goals:
I am 5'6" - 50 years old. I have been 205-215 pounds for the past 5 years. 11 years ago I was comfortable at 148! I hope to get to my Weight Watcher Lifetime goal weight of 155 by May 2013.
My Program:
Tracking with Weight Watchers. Getting more activity. Being more aware of my food intake.
Personal Information:
Mom to 4 great kids - 2 girls and 2 boys. My first "batch" was in 1982, '84, & '88. Then, when my youngest was 19 & leaving for college we found out that I was expecting!! So, I have kids from age 30 to 6! Two are married & all (but the 6 yr old) live thousands of miles away. *sigh*
Other Information:
Since age 10, I'm hardly ever without a book. I've read so much that I've just about burned out on fiction (Very few great authors out there writing original stuff, I guess. I mean how many "women professionals who solve crimes", "political intrigue", or "vampire stories" can 1 person be expected to slog through, anyway?) Lately I really love biographies. I recently finished Marilyn Monroe, which led to Frank Sinatra, which made me want to know more about Dean, Sammy and Ava Gardner. One life naturally leads to another! I've also recently read about Al Capone and Dillinger. Good stuff.
