I admire your determination. Realizing that the holidays are upon us, you are in the top five for team fitness minutes this week. NOw - do not let all of that exercise sabotage your eating habits. A friend once told me to be conscious of my decisions about eating the sweets of the season. She said make sure I only tasted the ones which were only available this time of year - not all year long. And believe me there are plenty that fit that list. Keep up the hard work - it will be worth it!!!!
well we made it past Thanksgiving (USA). Although we may not have made perfect choices, you are still in the top five for team fitness minutes this week!!! When the negative thoughts come - and they will; they come to all of us - it's not enough to just not dwell on it... You've got to replace it with a positive thought.
