I got the cartoons from an email someone sent me. I thought they were awesome too. I'd love to come visit when the weather cools off and I have some vacation time. I'm all out right now.

I've mostly given up on serious working out right now because the doc wants to see me in two weeks to discuss my cholesterol. I'm sure at that time she will tell me to diet and exercise. The good thing is I have more motivation to do it now than I have in years. The bad thing is I got all this motivation just as it started getting hot outside. And you know how I hate hot weather. Oh well. We do what we can and forget about the rest.

Today I got up and hit the ground running, trying to cook healthy food to take to work all next week. I had everything in the works when I realized I have lunch oblications 4 out of 5 days next week. I guess I'll be eating healthy dinners instead. haha

Have a great day. Keep taking that kid out for runs with you. Any moments you have to bond with him and teach him good habits are important. I know you know that. emoticon
