Healthy Habits
Hi! I am an outdoor enthusiast...everything from rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing....you name it and I probably like it...and I'd like to keep it that way by staying strong and healthy! I'm working towards a goal of becoming more fit by increasing my weekly exercise so that I can climb harder (and hopefully I'll lose a few pounds in the process). I am an avid rock climber and I would like to get over the climbing plateau ...

I am an outdoor enthusiast...everything from rock climbing, hiking, canoeing, kayaking, cross country skiing, snowshoeing....you name it and I probably like it...and I'd like to keep it that way by staying strong and healthy! I'm working towards a goal of becoming more fit by increasing my weekly exercise so that I can climb harder (and hopefully I'll lose a few pounds in the process). I am an avid rock climber and I would like to get over the climbing plateau I've reached by increasing my core strength. I'm also interested to use the nutrition tracker to see how well I'm eating. I consider myself a healthy eater so I think it will be good to see where my nutrients break down.

* cardio workouts 3x/week
and
*strength training 2x/week
to my weekly climbing and yoga
