I have a closet full of jeans and sweaters and dresses that I can't wear anymore. I want to lose the weight to feel better about myself, my health and to give my daughter someone to be proud of.
I've gotten lazy in my exercise program. I used to ride 100+ miles a week, and now my bike collects dust. I want to get back into shape to ride again.
