My Goals:
My goal is to fit comfortably into a size 10 and not have any rolls hanging out. I would like to be able to jog for more than a few minutes at a time. I would really like to lose my stomach -- it doesn't have to be flat but after 2 kids, I'd like to not be asked if I'm pregnant again!

My Program:
Tracking my own things. I'm trying to eat less processed foods, more fruits and veggies, and be consistent with my exercise.

I am currently doing a HIIT bootcamp that is 3-5 days a week as I can fit it in as well as training for a half marathon!
