Trying to find the real me

I am a very over weight 36 yr old mother of two. I am married to a wonderful man who is very supportive. I have joint problems with my hips from a birth defect that was never corrected and I often use pain as an excuse not to exercise. I work from home and I am at the computer usually 12hr a day. I am tired all the time and tired of being over weight.

Thanks for stopping by my blog today! And no, I wasn't hurt when I flew off the TM backwards--just surprised, LOL. Thanks for asking! I see where you bought an elliptical...I don't know much about the battery-operated ones, but I do know it takes time to work up your stamina on those things. I do them in intervals--10 mins elliptical, 10 mins walking and so forth. I have chronic kee issues and that's the only way I can do it and still walk okay afterwards. Stamina will come with use, hang in there! Hope you have a wonderful weekend! emoticon emoticon
