I have been overweight for way too long. It's time for me to actually do something about it instead of just feeling like crap about the way I look.I am 28 years old and I am a married mother of 2 beautiful little girls. They deserve to have a healthy and self confident mom. My husband deserves a young, sexy wife. But most of all I deserve to feel good about the way that I look and to be healthy.
My family is going on a cruise in a few months and I am starting out with a short term goal ...
I have been overweight for way too long. They deserve to have a healthy and self confident mom. My husband deserves a young, sexy wife. But most of all I deserve to feel good about the way that I look and to be healthy.
My family is going on a cruise in a few months and I am starting out with a short term goal of losing at least 22 lbs by then.
***The cruise got pushed back to April, so hopefully I can lose more than 22 lbs by then. But I am going to leave my short term goal the way it is for now.

Short term goal: Lose 22 lbs by February 1, 2009
Long tern goal: Lose 72 lbs

Daily goals: Stay within calorie range every day
Track food eaten every day
Walk 30 minutes every day
2 fruits/veggies every day
Write in journal every day

Reward for meeting short term goal: New clothes for cruise

Calorie counting
Walking at least 30 min/day
Strength training 2 days/week

11/21/08: Start calorie cycling!

Personal Information:
I am from New Hudson, Michigan. I am 28 years old, married, and have 2 daughters, 3 1/2 years old and 10 1/2 months old. I work part time.


Other Information:
I LOVE reading. Right now I am into vampire books. My favorite series is Twilight (I love Edward Cullen!!) I also like movies, tv, music, and gaming.
I am looking for friends and weight loss buddies to help me stay on track!!

Dont feel bad, you are just getting started! (I just read your blog) So you have taken a couple of steps back,,,, now that you are aware of it, start moving forward again.
IN Life we all make mistakes, we learn from these mistakes and continue on. This new life style ( always remember that, it is a New way of living ) is something we all have to learn and we will continue to make mistakes or wrong decisions, we gotten used to living a certain way and breaking habits will not be easy but it can be done.

Just dont give up! Never give up.
